DEBT 101

October 11, 2008

Here it is.

WE GLOBAL

October 8, 2008

Just as an album recently released by DJ Khaled stated it, so now may Locust. WE GLOBAL!!

We recently reached over the oceans and land masses all the way to Australia, the final continent needed to complete our global outreach.  Our videos have been viewed throughout countries in North America, South America, Africa, Australia, Asia, and Europe.  The only continent we have missed is Antarctica, but I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation for that… one might suggest the extreme lack of self-aware inhabitants could account for that.

How do we know all this?  Thanks to the very useful new tool, YouTube’s “Insight” feature, we can observe where our videos are being watched.

With all that said, this is a milestone we’ve been aiming for, and we made it.  Cheers, folks!

P.S. Debt 101 should be online soon…

At long last…

October 6, 2008

We have created a new video! Yes indeed we have. Debt 101 shall be the title, and it is COMPLETELY finished, all the editing and fine-tuning is done. But you won’t see it on the internet for at least a couple days yet, because that’s the decision that has been made.

However, to lessen the burden of the inevitable wait, we have released a trailer, viewable on our video page.

And there is another announcement: Podcast episode 7 is now available on iTunes and our podcast page here.

Disaster

October 1, 2008

**UPDATE** Locust Podcast Episode 6 is now available!

Tragedy sweeps over the land. Men, women, and children pass the days and weeks with little but sorrowful gazes around a ruined world. North Korea has taken more than a moment’s pause from assembling nuclear warheads. France has invited the Germans to reoccupy their capitol. Great Britain has fallen.

The cause? Chamillionaire and his claim that one of our most popular videos, Strip n’ Iron 101, contains his copyrighted material, causing the video to be removed from our YouTube channel.

We are given the option to dispute the claim, but we cannot, because the claim is true. Our only option short of removing the video forever is to replace the audio with something a little less copyrighted.

But what could possibly fit so well? We will contemplate this, but in the meantime, Strip n’ Iron 101 is non-viewable on YouTube.

The world is a grim place indeed.
